CSPHC Examination
The CSPHC exam consists of 50 questions. You will have 60 minutes to complete the exam before you time-out. As you review our Certification Handbook, we encourage you to pay special attention to certain sections in preparation for the Clinician examination. There are three major domains covered in the CSPHC Examination Content, with a primary focus on the clinical application of SPHM at the bedside:
- Planning a Program – 22%
- Implementing a Program – 54%
- Sustaining a Program – 24%
The Practice Exam is provided in the same format as the CSPHC exam.

Please refer to our Certification Handbook pages 25-27 for the suggested review references for the CSPHC certification.
CSPHP Examination
The CSPHP exam consists of 75 questions. You will have 90 minutes to complete the exam before you time-out. As you review our Certification Handbook, we encourage you to pay special attention to certain sections in preparation for the Professional examination. There are three major domains covered in the CSPHP Examination Content:
- Planning a Program – 35%
- Implementing a Program – 30%
- Sustaining a Program – 35%
The Practice Exam is provided in the same format as the CSPHP exam.
